Abigail took my order and I just wanted to say that she was amazing at describing each item and offering her own suggestions and opinions. I tried the koobideh with the garlic feta and it was amazing. The food was a really good temp and was brought out incredibly fast!! The atmosphere was so comforting. Everyone had smiles and was so welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and polished. Thank you to Abigail and the team for the wonderful experience, I will definitely be coming again!!

Food was great, fresh and warm. Cool forgot my rice and waitress Margie easily had me a fresh bowl of rice with no hesitation. It was not so crowded when I walked in as I sat and ate the restaurant gained a crowd. Clean and spacious places to eat inside and out.

It's solid for a fast casual chain, and having some good options for quicker Mediterranean food in the area is nice. I don't think they do anything better than other local Mediterranean joints, but it's usually consistent and tasty. The chicken can sometimes be a little gristly and you don't always get a lot for the price, but it's still consistent enough to know what you are going to get when you go there. The staff is friendly, albeit a little slow at times, but the place is clean and easy to get in and out of.

Our first time there, the restaurant is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. They took care of every single detail, from layout to decor to ambiance and outdoor seating!!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Regarding the food, it is good with a generous portion in general, but the flavor should be more rich. In my opinion, if they are labeled as Greek Mediterranean, they should focus more on Greek items, flavors and twist instead of mixing cuisines ( koobideh was good but Gyro wasn’t) !!! Overall, I loved the experience at Luna’s and if you are in the area, give it a try !!!

We’ve been to this location several times and have enjoyed the food a lot. The service is friendly, Isaiah made sure our order perfect and checked on us as we finished our meal. Great price and full menu of Mediterranean food. We’ve done the take out once and they had everything nicely packaged, plus gave us a free dessert to make up for a sold out item.

We got here as soon as they opened 10:30 AM. Today is Sunday. It was super spacious. Lots of seating. The scenery is beautiful and creates a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was prompt and serving. The food was just what we expected. And the restrooms were nice! Will definitely be stopping by next time we are in Redlands. Thanks Abigail for your service!

Let’s Be Honest: No matter where you go, the food comes second to customer service. If the service is bad, it doesn’t matter how good the food is—the experience falls flat. That’s why I want to give a huge shoutout to Yami, the cashier at Luna Grill in Redlands, CA, for her impeccable customer service. Every time I walk in, she greets me with a vibrant smile and a warm welcome—but what really stands out is her attentiveness. She remembers customers’ names, including mine! I was genuinely impressed when she greeted me by name (“Hey, Renee!”) during a recent lunch visit. Yami’s positive energy brightens the whole room. If you’re unsure what to order, she offers fantastic suggestions. I usually get the chicken kabob plate, but one day, I wanted to switch it up. She recommended the Santorini Bowl, and now I’m *obsessed*! The flavors are incredible: juicy chicken, couscous, Greek olives, hummus, kale-cabbage medley, pickled onions, rice, schug, and that dreamy tzatziki sauce. Another plus? The wait time is never too long, and the vibe is always relaxed—no rushing or stress. Even when Yami isn’t on shift, the rest of the staff works seamlessly as a team, keeping the same great energy alive.
